If you’re all going on a weekend getaway or vacation trip and you have like somewhere down 10 thousand bucks. Do not settle for what your naked eyes could only see on the internet. Inspect and be inquisitive about it. Ask the name of the owner and most especially, ask who are you talking to on the phone so you can get back to him/her if there are things that were said differently. CASA MONSERATT is telling make-believe stories from their website to attract people. In accordance to, putting the best picture in their heads and eventually get lured to go there and pay large amount of money and not get your money’s worth. Also, having the same treatment from the owner who thinks of himself MIGHTY as he will invoke threats if you did not settle the agreed payment to his bank account. What a shame, Mr. Gary Elazegui. I will have you eat those things crawling from your lawn and in the four corners of your lot, alive. You just can’t get away with this.
Piece of advice: Just lock up the whole place because like I’ve told you, we will blog out your corrupt system and for being such an emasculated d*ck in front of us. Particular reasons are:
…you didn’t inform us that you were actually living in there with your daughters and other strange unknown individual. Most of them are guys? We were there like mostly half naked having the time of our life and you have these guys goes in and out of the garage like there were just one of us?
…you made us stay on your garage but from your site it’s a Private resort Exclusive for those who will pay your stupid rate. We were all just trying to tuck in ourselves in every corner of the room because there’s really no SPACE left anymore. My other relatives stayed awake for the night to give way to the children. Others just settled to sleeping on your benches and above the table.
I remembered, you were telling us that the rate that you gave us was actually a little bit lower than the usual. Its not for the reason that you were excited to get money from us, its because you really don’t know what’s the exact Price you stated to your website. Just to make us feel sorry for you and of course opt to shy away from asking too many questions, you butter the whole thing up by telling us abruptly that the said date has now being reserved from your calendar or schedule whatever. What have you done wrong on this particular situation? – Mr. Gary Elazegui, you didn’t even instruct us not to forget about the deposit slip you were dying to get from us after we have left. Initially, as the owner, if your customers have a lot of questions, you should be the one answering them because its as good as saying NONE if you didn’t take a minute inform us about your In-house rules and regulations.
If I were you, after this, just tear the whole house down. In fact, do not ever try to go putting up a business venture like this because you’re definitely and undeniably SUCK at this. Try to sell sheep or goats. Or breed cats and dogs, by then you won’t be having some sort of rules and regulations like you don’t ever have when you planned putting up your crappy fake Private Pool Residence House.
You are selfish, cruel, rude and pasty. I do not like you. We do not like you. We forbid everyone to go to your FAKE PRIVATE POOL HOUSE. Calling you FAKE is also an insult to all FAKES out there.
Please pass this message and hope that the higher authorities would at least give Mr. Edward and the CASA MONSERATT a place where they deserve.

I was busy taking pictures of my family when I noticed that there wasn’t enough room for my other relatives to tuck themselves in. I let my eyes rolled from side to side and I can’t help noticing the area inside where there are unknown strange people and they were all just hanging inside of the house we paid for one night privately. I’ve asked the houseboy, and he said they were the owners of the house. They were only requiring people to reserve the main outdoors and 3 rooms from their garage but not the whole house. I told him, that’s another issue. Why would they allow us to continue with the deal without informing us about these things? Of course, we couldn’t back out anymore since we are all here, and we are all starving already. He couldn’t give me anything so I just asked him to give us more sheets for my relatives’ who will try to rest on their floors, which was totally uncalled for. I can’t imagine how brutally dishonest these people are. They made us all believe a wonderful site that has all of those amenities: Jacuzzi – there was none. Billiard’s balls: just 9 balls only. Not enough takos around. No lights overhead the billiard’s table and not to mention lots and lots of dengue carrying mosquitoes. Bathrooms – Dim lights. Very dim you can’t actually see yourself inside it. The tiles look like it was smudged by mud or something. It smells a little funky, mind you?!. There were toilet paper holders, sure..But there aren’t toilet papers in sight. The videoke – well you have to figure out how to strangle the wire of the microphone perfectly just to get a perfect sound from their audio. The audio so to speak, needs tapping before it could get better. The Songbook – pieces of it were already torn down, they are not alphabetically arranged and looks like other pages were discretely pocketed in the trashcan.

I’ve been to Pansol but I can't remember the private pool we been through. This kind of place in Laguna I must say it is one of the tourist spot here in Philippines and knowing that Filipino loves swimming this idea is good for business.
